Deposit

Deposit is a security amount, not a liability limit.

Confirm the deposit currency, payment method and release time.

Insurance and protection

Excess is not an unconditional cap on all charges. Exclusions and other fees need checking.

Check exclusions for tyres, glass, underbody and unpaved roads.

Payment card and driver

Is my exact card accepted at pick-up, in the main driver's name?

Check collection instructions, late-arrival fees, mileage, fuel and cancellation.
